Editorial Policy
This policy describes the editorial standards intended for Moneyera’s educational articles and calculator explanations.
Topic selection
Topics are selected to explain a practical question that relates to an existing calculator or a common personal-finance decision. Content should be useful without requiring a user to buy a product or share sensitive information.
Formula and source checks
Formula descriptions are compared with the implemented calculation and covered by tests where practical. External legal, tax, government-benefit, and product claims should link to current primary or official sources. A source link is not an endorsement.
Corrections and updates
When an error is identified, the affected calculation or explanation should be checked, corrected, and retested. Time-sensitive material should be reviewed when the relevant official source changes. No update date should be invented.
Authors and review
No named author or specialist reviewer is claimed unless a real person has reviewed and approved the material and the owner has confirmed how to disclose that role.
Advertising separation
No advertising is currently enabled. If advertising is introduced, labels and placement must keep paid material distinguishable from editorial content, and any material relationship must be disclosed as required.
A verified public contact email has not been configured. Do not send sensitive personal or financial details through URLs or public messages.
No legal effective date has been supplied. This page stays out of the sitemap until approved.
